I grow grapes on the roof of a building .

We grow grapes on the roof of Akafuda, which is located right next to Monzen-Nakacho Station. I am cultivating it in a planter and planting over 100 seedlings.

In August of this year, the third year, we were able to harvest a bucketful of grapes for the first time. I don't have enough to make wine, but I'm using it as yeast for all the wines I'm brewing this year. One step closer to "Wine from Fukagawa"!

Next year will be the main harvest in the 4th year. It's a very exciting project!
